State of accessibility

This system fails to meet many of the critical requirements on levels A and AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Non-compliance with the requirements and any exceptions applied to the requirements are mentioned later. The system is currently undergoing a reform, and the new system will be published by the end of 2023.

The preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 18 October 2021. The statement is based on an external expert organisation’s (Eficode Oy) assessment of whether the website meets the requirements of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services 306/2019 (External link) (in Finnish).
