Clarity in cookie practices – draft guidelines out for comment

According to law, providers of electronic services must request user consent to the use of non-essential cookies. The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom has prepared guidelines on how to use cookies and other similar technologies in compliance with the law.
