Trust service provider’s notification of its intent to discontinue its operations.
Service description
A provider of qualified trust services must submit a notification of its intent to discontinue operations to the supervisory authority. The purpose of Guideline 214/2016 O Electronic identification and trust service notifications is to specify the information which operators must provide for the supervisory authority in statutory notifications. The Guideline also describes the notification processes. For more information, please see Regulation 72.
